00 per hour POSITION SUMMARY The Logan Road RV Park Office Assistant is responsible for providing weekend general office and park maintenance duties.
Including but not limited to, check in's, check out's, taking reservations, etc.
REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 2 years property management/resort experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS Earn Propane certification within ninety days.
Earn basic first aid certification within ninety days.
General knowledge of asset maintenance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency, including email, internet, and Microsoft Office 365 Suite, experience in using software campground reservation system (Astra, Campground Manager, Digital Rez, Firefly, etc.
) preferred.
Flexibility to respond to resort needs during non-business hours.
Preference given to those who have the ability to live on-site, but not required.
Valid Oregon Driver's License.
Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Multi-tasking aptitude.
Proactive problem solver.
The selectee will be required to submit to a urinalysis to screen for illegal drug use before employment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Enforce the park's rules and regulations.
Responsible for ensuring guests receive the best customer service experience.
Performs cleaning duties in restrooms, laundry room, club house, pool/spa areas, grounds, etc.
Performs light maintenance.
Fill propane tanks for customers.
Other duties as assigned.
Reports to RV Park manager.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Must also be able to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be sensitive to the diversity of Siletz and other Indian cultures.
WORKING CONDITIONS Work is performed in an RV Resort with a mix of office, clubhouse, and outside areas.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Selectee will be required to submit to a urinalysis to screen for illegal drug use before employment.
We are a drug free work environment.
Selectee will need to provide valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
Selectee understands that they must prove that they are authorized to work in the United States.
Selectee will be subjected to a criminal history background check.
Selectee authorizes the employing agency to verify the employment and education information provided on employment application.
If hired, Selectee agrees to conform to all the STBC Management, LLC's rules and policies.
AT-WILL EMPLOYMENT This position is exempt and at-will, meaning that STBC and the employee may terminate the relationship at any time, for any reason and without notice.
STBC's personnel rules apply to this position.
Accordingly, the Siletz Tribal government's Personnel Manual does not apply to this position.
As a Tribal corporation, STBC reserves the right to hire for this position according to STBC's Indian Preference Policy.
