Memory Care Director for a IL/AL/ALZ Senior Living Community
Job Description:
Responsible for managing the Memory Care Center, which includes enriching the lives of the memory care residents.
Responsible for ensuring quality of care of residents.
Oversee nursing and support staff.
Ensure facility operates in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
Job Requirements:
Must possess experience in Memory Care of both administration and programming.
Must have knowledge of regulatory compliance and Memory Care operations.
Bachelor's Degree preferred; LVN a plus.
Oregon ALF/RCF Administrator certification required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
