Summary:
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall operation of the Retirement Community.
Responsible for strategic planning, goal setting, financial activities and reporting.
Provide leadership in developing and implementing systems for providing comprehensive services and care to residents.
Ensure accountability and good working relationships among the staff.
Ensure compliance of programs and facilities with regulatory agencies.
Support Sales and Marketing team in meeting census needs.
Job Requirements:
Must have Assisted Living management experience with current OR license.
Bachelor's Degree in health-related, business or gerontology field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years experience in operations management in the Senior Living industry with full P&L responsibility.
A genuine passion for improving the lives of seniors.
Must be a polished professional with excellent communication skills.
Requires proven decision making and leadership abilities, financial acumen and excellent organization, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills.
Must possess knowledge, understanding, and ability in handling gerontological issues providing a comfortable link between family and residents.
Ability to motivate staff and interact positively with residents.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
