Culinary Director for an Assisted Living Senior Community
Job Description:

This position must be able to organize, plan, coordinate, and execute the culinary services of the community including strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership, and coaching techniques with basic knowledge of budgets.
The Culinary Director is responsible for all core aspects of the culinary department, including but not limited to, managing team members, food production, inventory and invoice control, safe food handling, sanitation and customer service.
The Culinary Director must exemplify and promote the Community's Service Standards of safety, friendliness, a home like setting and efficiency.
This position provides for a high level of customer service to residents, team members and families.
This position is responsible for managing and the daily operations of the Culinary Department, including the kitchen and dining room areas, while controlling expenses and maintaining resident satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Must have 3
years managing a culinary department.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
